Getting started

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Setting up the site is as simple as filling in a form: you enter your details, and the design and technical side are ready on the platform. If you get stuck, we help one-to-one via remote desktop.

Will the domain belong to me?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and is always yours. You can connect your existing domain, or we can guide you when registering a new one.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at the end of the annual term; the withdrawal and refund terms are set out transparently on our legal information page.

Are my data and my customers' details safe?

Your site is backed up automatically every day. Your data is processed in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and kept in secure, access-controlled data centres.

Can I move the content from my current site?

Yes. You can easily add your content yourself.

Websites and packages

Do you use ready-made templates?

The starting point is a theme prepared for your industry; colours, fonts and layout are rebuilt for your brand and matched to your logo. The result doesn't look like a template — but it isn't an agency project drawn from scratch either; that is exactly where the speed and the upfront price come from.

How long until the site goes live?

If your content is ready, 1 business day with a ready theme on the fastest package; the timeline starts when the purchase is completed. Delivery times by package (with a ready theme, until the preview is submitted for your approval): Advantage 1 business day, Performance 2 business days, Exclusive determined once the scope is clear. Design revision rights and request periods: Advantage 1 round and 7 business days, Performance 2 rounds and 7 business days, Exclusive 3 rounds and 14 business days; the period runs from the site's first launch, and typo and minor layout fixes don't count as rounds. The timelines are also set out package by package in the Distance Sales Agreement.

Will it look right on a phone?

Yes. The layout is rearranged on desktop, tablet and phone; not just shrunk. Before launch you check it on your own phone with a preview link and approve it.

Is SEO included?

The technical groundwork is in every package: a title, description and canonical URL on every page; fast pre-generated pages; a readable heading hierarchy. This is the groundwork search engines need to read the site correctly, not a promise of rankings. If you want a content plan and page-level work, there is a separate SEO & GEO service.

Can you redesign my current site?

Yes. Your existing domain is connected and you easily add your content yourself from the panel; there is no separate "redesign" process, it follows the same packages. If you get stuck, we help one-to-one via remote desktop.

Will I have to come to you for every change after launch?

No. You change texts, service cards, the gallery and the About Us page yourself from the panel; no coding needed. If you need us, we're your single point of contact: you open a support request from the panel and the team doing the work replies, not a bot.

How much does it cost?

Known upfront: the price and scope of the three packages are listed on the pricing page. Add-on modules are optional and priced separately. For needs beyond the standard packages — custom integrations, multi-branch setups, corporate contracts — scope and price are agreed together.

Add-on services

My package already includes SEO. What's different about this service?

What comes with the packages is the technical groundwork: heading structure, sitemap, speed and crawlability. This service builds on top of that — it plans which page answers which question, reworks the content and tracks the results regularly.

Do you guarantee I'll reach the first page?

No. Third-party systems decide the ranking in search results and which source AI tools show; nobody can guarantee that. What we can guarantee is the work itself: we report what was fixed and what changed.

How often will I get a report?

Once a month. The report isn't a pile of technical screenshots; it says in plain language what was done, what changed and what is planned for the next month.

Why isn't the price listed on the page?

The scope of these services varies from business to business: the state of your current site, competition in your industry and your goals differ. Rather than announcing a fixed figure and later saying "that's out of scope", we work out the scope together and give you a clear quote.

My site isn't hosted with you; can I still use the service?

Yes. SEO & GEO and social media services can be run regardless of where your site is hosted. If the technical audit needs access to anything, we'll tell you upfront.

Is a long-term contract required?

No. Scope and duration are set out in the quote; if you don't want a commitment, we can work period by period. If you stop early, you are only charged for the work already done.

SEO & GEO

What does GEO mean?

Generative engine optimisation: content and structure work so that AI-powered search tools understand your site correctly and can cite it as a source when answering. For us, it means marking up your business details with structured data and writing service pages and FAQs in a clear question-and-answer format. Those tools decide which source to show; we make sure your site is readable and consistent.

How long until I see results?

We can't give a timeframe for that; search engines and AI tools process changes at their own pace. What we can give you is a work schedule: technical fixes and planning first, content production after. You'll see what was done and what changed in the measurements in the monthly report.

Who will write the content?

Either way works. We draw up the plan; we can take on the writing, or show you how to write it yourself. Which one it is goes in the quote; the process is never a black box to you.

Does this service require a particular package?

No. The technical groundwork is in every package; the service can be added on top of any package. If regular blog posts are planned, packages with the blog module (Performance and higher) make the work easier; we'll clarify this together in the introductory call.

E-commerce consulting

What exactly does e-commerce consulting cover?

Pre-launch decisions: catalogue structure, payment and shipping flow, returns and exchanges, a legal checklist, an integration and operations list, and a platform comparison. The output is a plan that explains the reason for each decision and that whoever builds the store can apply directly. Advertising management and marketplace account management are not part of this service.

Do you build the store?

This is a pre-launch decision and planning service; the plan is written so that it can be applied whoever does the build. Who does the build — your own team, the chosen platform's setup support or an implementer — is decided together with the platform choice and set out in the quote. We answer your questions during the build.

I already have a store; does it apply to restructuring it as well?

Yes. Your existing catalogue, payment, shipping and returns flows and legal texts are compared against the same checklists, and any gaps or contradictions are identified. It doesn't matter which platform your store runs on; if we need access to anything, we'll tell you upfront.

Do I really need a site with a shopping cart?

Not every business does. E-commerce is an operation, not a page: stock, shipping, returns, payment reconciliation, customer service. If you don't yet have the setup to run these, publishing your products as a catalogue and taking orders by form or WhatsApp is a good intermediate step. We'll say this openly in the first call; if it isn't a fit, we'd rather say "you don't need it".

Do you write the legal texts?

No. Our job is to plan which text appears on which page, at which step and with which consent checkbox, and to surface anything missing before the build. The content of texts such as the distance sales agreement, the pre-contract information form and the return terms should be prepared with your legal adviser.

Will my sales increase?

We don't promise that. Sales depend on the product, price, demand and your operation; nobody can guarantee them. What we can promise is the work itself: decisions are written down with their reasons, checklists are complete and there are no "we hadn't thought of that" surprises at launch.

Do you recommend a particular platform?

There's no platform decided in advance. Once your catalogue, payment, shipping, returns and integration needs are clear, the suitable options are compared on cost and constraints in a single table; where each would get stuck in your situation is shown, and it ends with a single binding recommendation.

Social media management

Who decides what gets posted?

We do it together. At the start of the month we draw up the calendar together: which service is covered in which week, which day for announcements, which day for a blog summary. You tell us about your business, and we turn it into a calendar, visuals and copy; what gets posted is never a surprise.

Who takes the photos and videos?

We design the visuals. Shots that show your work — your premises, products, team — are the strongest material; even a decent phone photo looks like your brand once it fits the visual template. If a shoot is needed, we discuss it in the introductory call and include it in the quote.

Which platforms do you work on?

We decide together in the introductory call which accounts are in scope and put it in the quote. You don't have to be on every channel: being consistent on the one or two channels your customers actually use is better than being silent on six.

Do you guarantee more followers or sales?

No. The platforms decide who sees what and clicks on what; nobody can guarantee followers, engagement or sales numbers. What we can guarantee is the work itself: the calendar is ready at the start of the month, posts go live as planned, and at the end of the month the report shows which content worked.

Do I need to post every day?

No. A frequency you can sustain is better than an intensity you can't; a few quality posts a week, as long as they're regular, leave a more trustworthy impression than an account that posts heavily now and then and goes quiet. The frequency is written into the scope and changed if needed at the monthly review.

Did you really build these sites?

Yes; all of them were built by us and are live now. Some run on our infrastructure; others are custom projects by the same team. Each card is a live view of that site.

My industry isn't here; can you still build my site?

Of course. Our theme engine adapts colours, fonts and layout to your industry; the same quality standard applies from removals to restaurants, from consulting to manufacturing.

Do I have to have my site published here as a reference?

No. The reference gallery only includes the sites of customers who have given permission.
